Prof K .A. Siddique Hassan is an Islamic Scholar from Kerala, India. He is the chief architect of Vision 2016 and currently he is assistant Amir of Jamaat-e-islami Hind. He was honored with Islamic online star of 2010 by Islam online.






 Life

Siddique hassan was born to K. M. Abdullah moulavi and P. A. Khadeeja at Koottil in Eriyad in Thrissur district of kerala.He did his Afdalul Ulama and postgradutate degrees from islamiya college shanthapuram and Raudathul Uloom Arabic college. Siddique hassan worked as a teacher in college. He was the Amir of jamat e-islami kerala during the period of 1990-2005. Presently he is the Assistant Amir of jamat-e-islami hind. Earlier he has held positions of chairman of Alternative Investment and Credit Limited(AICL), founding chairman of Baithuzzakath, and sub-editor of Probodhanam weekly.

Family

He was married to V. K. Subaida. They have four children.
